Cert007 Refund policy

At Cert007, your success and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you find our materials unsatisfactory, you can request a refund within 90 days of your purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Refund Request Period:

You can request a refund within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Processing Time:

Upon approval, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Payment Refund Procedure:

To initiate a refund, send us a scanned copy of your exam report.

Provide the order number of the products you purchased.

Payment Refund Policy:

  1. You must have studied our materials for at least 7 days before requesting a refund.
  2. Refund requests are only valid if you have taken the exam and failed within the 90-day period.
  3. Refunds are not applicable to “non-proctored” exams.
  4. The candidate didn’t skip the examination due to personal problems.
  5. The following exams are excluded from our refund policy: Adobe, Cisco, SAP, IBM, Dell, OutSystems, EMC, and HP exams.
  6. Refunds are not available for exams that have been retired. You can choose new exams instead.
  7. Claims for wrong purchases will not be entertained once the incorrect product is downloaded and installed.
  8. Products purchased at a reduced price or obtained for free are not eligible for refunds.
  9. Refunds do not apply to Bundle purchases.
  10. Refunds will not be issued if the candidate’s name differs from the account holder’s name.
